Mossadaq Chughtai

Mossadaq Chughtai is an accomplished business executive / CEO with over 19 years of experience. He has held high level management positions in Southland Corporation, created his own food store chain and converted it into a franchise, and established a commercial holding company that owns and develops various commercial retail ventures in Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania.

Mossadaq Chughtai is also involved in the rapidly growing economy of Pakistan. Since 2004 he has launched several development projects in Pakistan including infrastructure, the construction and leasing of commercial buildings and affordable housing. His most recently completed project is the Noor Center – a shopping mall development project located in Sialkot, Pakistan.

Mossadaq Chughtai is one of the three founding directors of the Pakistani American Leadership Center (PAL-C) and played an important role in establishing the Congressional Pakistan Caucus – a significant and important milestone for Pakistan and the Pakistani community residing in the United States. He has advised the State Department and the Department of Commerce in formulating U.S. - Pakistan trade and development policy including providing expert advice on the R.O.Z package.

Mossadaq Chughtai serves on the Board of the Pakistani American Leadership Center (PAL-C), the National Association of Pakistani Americans, the Pakistan American Business Council and the Jinnah Foundation for Peace and Public Policy. He has made appearances in international media including ABC, FOX News, CNN International, Press TV, Al Jazeera, GEO TV, and AAJ.

Mossadaq Chughtai attended Government Comprehensive High School and Murray College in Pakistan and George Washington University and University of Bethlehem in USA for his business management education.
