
PAL-C Meets with OIC Secretary General at Capitol Hill Iftar

WASHINGTON, D.C., September 21, 2007 – Representatives from the Pakistani American Leadership Center (PAL-C) met with Professor Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, secretary general of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) at a Capitol Hill iftar hosted by the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR).

In attendance representing PAL-C were PAL-C National Directors Dr. Maqsood Chaudhry and Mr. Mossadaq Chughtai and PAL-C Executive Director Taha Gaya.
Also present at the iftar was the Honorable Representative Keith Ellison from Minnesota who is the first Muslim-American elected to Congress.
